After you place your order, we’ll send a confirmation email so you know everything’s been received on our end. Once your package is packed up and headed down the road to you, we’ll send another email informing you of your shipment so you can expect your products arrival.

If you need to update your shipping address, reach out to us as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to catch your order before it heads out the door. Once a package has shipped, we’re not able to make changes, but we’ll always try to help however we can.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping down the road as our little business continues to grow.

We’re a small, handcrafted business, so each order is packed with care. Most orders head out within 2–4 business days. Shipping usually takes another 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier.
